My name is The Hendri Leonard. I'm from Indonesia, a country at the southeast of Asia. "The" on my name is my Chinese family name. It's read as "itada" in Japanese kanji which is used everyday as "itadakimasu". In other words, it means "to give or accept everything gladly".
I'm sorry for being late but this is the translation
that you have been waiting for. I can't do anything much because I
worked alone on these things. This is the first time I translated
Japanese and also the first time I make a blog so a lot of time was
taken in the process. This project started at March 24th 2013 and done at Oct 11 2013.
This
translation is not something you can read alone. I suggest you to read
the translation while listening to the voice conversation in the game
because I can tell that it's lack of emotions. Maybe you will find
something strange with my translations but please spare me since my English
is not that good. I only scored 457 points on my TOEFL with maximum
600 scores while the minimum points require to pass is 450. And also, I
never learned Japanese from a teacher. All I ever do is watching animes,
playing some Japanese games, and open a dictionary. When I was
translating the first page, I only knew about 50 kanji. So the only
reason that I could translated all of the story was because of
dictionary and google search.
There
are also a few things that I didn't translate as well. Why? Because
it's a pain on the ass. Other than the story, the rest of the translations is very hard to read because the writings is so small. I found some kanji don't look like the real one because of the pixels problem. That's why some of the strokes are out of the kanji. I can say it will take two or three times more to translate that thing.
Since I have worked on this translation everyday, I didn't have any much time to rest. But still, I'm kind of addicted with translations job now. Maybe I have to find a private teacher for Japanese anytime now to speed up my translations. I'm thinking about translating another game from now if I found another game that I interested in but at least let me rest for a little while.
